Does J&J assume liability for the goods I store?
No. We highly recommend contacting your insurance agency to ensure your belongings are covered under a renters or homeowners policy.
What happens if I lose the key to my lock?
Because you provide your own lock, you hold the only key. If you lose it, you will need to contact a local locksmith to access your unit.
