Rental agreements

All storage rentals are subject to a separate written rental agreement. Tenants must provide their own lock and keep their unit locked at all times. We recommend insuring stored goods under a renters or homeowners policy.

The content, logos, and design of this website are the property of J&J Affordable Storage, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. J&J Affordable Storage does not assume liability for goods stored in its units, nor for any damages arising from use of this website. Please review your rental agreement for full details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
